We ensure that all products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please contact our support team immediately before opening the product.
2. Order Cancellation by Customer
We understand that you may occasionally change your mind. You can cancel your order only if it meets the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and handed over to our delivery partner.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been packed and shipped from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
5. Order Cancellation by Us

If your order is cancelled by us after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
