1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping terms are as follows:
- Standard Shipping Charge: ₹0.00
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders over ₹4,999.00
- Estimated Delivery Time: Generally 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, courier partner issues).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages and Issues
Arogyam Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic proof of the damaged packaging and product.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
